There are lots of different ways that you can support us here at Solas Wellbeing. Whether you can volunteer your time, make a donation or do something fun to raise money, no matter how you choose to get involved, know that every bit counts.
Volunteering has evolved. We offer a range of flexible opportunities designed to fit your lifestyle. Whether you prefer one-off events, ad hoc tasks, or helping set up our studio sessions, we have something for you. Our studio sessions typically run for 4-8 weeks, with each session lasting about 90 minutes per week. For those seeking more regular, long-term commitments, we provide options that ensure your volunteering experience is both positive and fulfilling.
Volunteers are the heart of our wellbeing charity. Join us in providing a listening ear, a helping hand, and a supportive environment for those in need.
If you are keen to Volunteer but don't know where to start, contact our Volunteer Co-ordinator Estelle on 07708 107234 or email volunteers@solaswellbeing.org.uk if you would like to arrange a chat.
By volunteering for Solas Wellbeing you will be making a positive contribution to the community.
