Solas Wellbeing Programme

We produce three core programmes per year, Autumn, Winter and Spring with a smaller programme running over the Summer months. These programmes include a wide range of group-based support, individual therapies & counselling.

Support is focused on the following key areas:

  • Relaxation: Includes Meditation, Acupuncture and Relaxation Skills
  • Creative: Includes Art, Music and Craft based activities
  • Exercise: Focussed on yoga-based activities including Restorative Yoga
  • Drop-in: Informal sessions with no commitment nor expectation

Our core programme is funded by the Big Lottery Fund People and Communities Fund
